File the Radio ID. We stay on until the operator screen succeeds or we tell you the radio cannot take service. We do not issue Radio IDs.
What you are buying. A work order is billed time. It is not a subscription. The listed fee is $26. Monthly programming is billed by the satellite operator, never by Nexus Sat Install.
How a radio start-up call runs
- Open a work order with year/make/model if you have it.
- $26 is Nexus time, not a month of audio.
- You talk to the satellite radio company.
- Ticket closes on live audio or a hard operator error.
